Client Service Agreement
Last updated October 27, 2026
The standard terms that apply when an organization books event staff from CGH Staffing & Solutions. Your written quote sets the specific price, crew size and dates.
What we provide
CGH supplies screened event workers for the roles, dates and hours in your approved quote, and manages scheduling, check-in and replacement of workers who can't attend.
Quotes and pricing
We quote a flat fee based on crew size, hours and roles. Once you approve a quote it becomes part of this agreement. Changes to headcount, hours or dates after approval may change the price, and we'll confirm any change in writing first.
If an event runs longer than the quoted hours, extra time is billed at the rate stated in your quote.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate event details, a safe workplace, arrival and parking instructions, and an on-site contact. Tell us in advance about any special requirements, equipment or hazards.
Direct day-of instructions through your CGH contact or the on-site lead.
Our workers
Workers placed by CGH remain CGH's workers, and CGH handles their pay. Please don't hire or pay CGH workers directly for the same type of work without talking to us first; your quote may include terms for this.
If a worker doesn't meet expectations, tell us right away and we'll address it.
Payment
Deposits, due dates and accepted payment methods are listed in your quote and invoices, which you can view and pay in the client portal. Late payments may delay future bookings.
Cancellations
See the Cancellation, Deposits & Refunds policy, together with the terms in your quote.
Liability and insurance
CGH carries business insurance. Each party is responsible for its own negligence. CGH is not responsible for event outcomes outside the work our staff were booked to do, or for losses caused by weather, venue closures or other events beyond our control.
