Worker Agreement & Pay Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
What CGH expects from event workers, how shifts and pay work, and how the yearly worker membership works.
Eligibility
Workers must be 18 or older, able to work legally in the United States, and approved by CGH after applying. CGH may screen applicants before placing them on events.
Membership
An active yearly worker membership is required to claim shifts. The fee is shown at sign-up and renews automatically each year until you cancel.
You can cancel renewal from the worker portal at any time. Cancelling ends your access to shifts and CGH services until you renew.
Shifts
Open shifts appear in your portal. When you claim a shift, you're committing to work it. If you can't make a shift, drop it in the portal or tell us as early as possible so we can find coverage.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to removal from future shifts.
Conduct on the job
Arrive on time, in the required attire, follow the instructions of your CGH lead and the client, and treat guests, clients and fellow workers with respect. No alcohol or drugs while working.
Report any injury or safety concern to your lead immediately.
Pay
Pay is set per event and shown on each shift before you claim it. Hours are confirmed after the event, and you're paid after confirmation using the method CGH sets up with you.
If you think your hours or pay are wrong, tell us within 7 days of the event so we can review it.
Privacy
We share only what clients need for an event and protect your personal contact details. See the Privacy Policy for more.
