From clients and event organizers: your name, organization, email, phone number, billing address, and event details such as dates, times, locations, crew size, roles needed and instructions.

From workers and applicants: your name, email, phone number, city, age confirmation, transportation, roles, availability, preferred hours, experience, shirt size, shift history and messages sent in the worker chat.

From everyone: messages you send us, documents you upload, and basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site.

To quote, plan and staff events; to match workers to shifts; to send confirmations, schedules, invoices and account emails; to process payments; and to keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Clients see the staffing details needed for their event, such as how many workers are confirmed and which roles are filled. We do not give clients workers' personal phone numbers or email addresses unless needed for the event and agreed in advance.

We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data, send email and process card payments. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

We may share information when required by law or to protect people's safety.

We keep account, event and payment records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

You can update most of your details from your client or worker portal. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email us. Workers can also request removal from the worker portal.

Worker accounts are for people 18 or older. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
